Gelato Chocolate

Creamy chocolate gelato wrapped in a thin soft rice shell. Rich chocolate flavour
perfectly combines with the smooth texture of a thin rice shell. Japanese classic in Italian
style.


Ingredients:

Rehydrated skimmed MILK, glucose syrup, rise flour, fresh whole MILK, sugar,
water, coconut oil, dextrose, cocoa (2,5%), trehalose, CREAM(MILK), dark
chocolate(1%)(cocoa paste and butter, sugar, emulsifier(SOY lecithin), natural vanilla flavor),emulsifiers(mono and diglicerides of fatty acids, propyleneglycol esters of fatty acids), stabilizers(carob seed flour, carrageenan), dusting: rise flour, cocoa powder (cocoa 20/22, wheat (GLUTEN) starch, sugar, vegetable oil (palm, coconut)).
May contain traces of EGGS, NUTS, other SHELL FRUITS and PEANUTS.
