Raspberry-lychee

Insanely delicious Lychee and raspberry ice cream sandwich with “rose” almond cookies. Made with traditional macaron cookies.


Ingredients:

Pink macaron sponge (66.6%): powdered ALMOND 30% *, icing sugar (sugar,
potato starch), EGG white, sugar, coloring (carminic acid). (*) Referred to the total of the cake Lychee and raspberry ice cream (33.3%): Water, rehydrated skimmed MILK powder, litchi pulp (16.7%*), sugar, raspberry pulp (6.3%*), BUTTER (MILK) (5 4%), CREAM (MILK) (4.2%*), glucose and fructose syrup, acidulant (citric acid), LACTOSE and MILK proteins , emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilizers (locust bean gum and gum guar,), aromas, SODIUM caseinate and beetroot concentrate.
